La Era I is a small, completely independent farmhouse that shares all the outdoor installations with La Era II. It was recently restored preserving its original architecture and decoration. La Era I is fully equipped with electric heating, fireplace, hot water, etc. It has a living room, a kitchen, a bath room and two sleeping rooms providing comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people.
